Teaser Tuesday: I've Got a Secret (I Can't Tell You!)
Today’s SEAS RUN DRY teaser comes at a crucial moment in the manuscript. Things have been going pretty well for Loril and Irene: they’ve kissed, spent the night holding one another, and have gone for sushi. But at the end of their sushi date, it starts to rain, and Loril’s hand is forced.
The time has come to tell Irene that he’s a merman:

Love this scene! The descriptions are great, you can almost feel the rain coming down, and his urge to run into it
OMG, you horrible nasty person. You stopped it before he told her! I was SO into this scene too. Ugh. I was freaking mouthing the dialogue.
You're really good at small details (the bra, the leaning against the door) that put me right into the scene.
